Advanced Course

The Advanced Implantology Course is designed for dentists who already have a foundation in implant dentistry and want to confidently approach more challenging surgical cases.

The course moves beyond routine implant placement to focus on the surgical and biological principles required for managing compromised sites and complex implant situations.

Participants will explore advanced techniques including crestal and lateral sinus lifting, bone splitting and ridge expansion, bone augmentation and grafting, soft tissue management, PRF/CGF applications, and advanced implant placement strategies.

Special emphasis is placed on case selection, treatment planning, surgical decision-making, complication prevention, and achieving predictable long-term outcomes.

Clinical cases and step-by-step surgical protocols are used throughout the course to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and everyday clinical practice.
